At T1TAN, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we make the process of getting back to the game simple and fast.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective glove foils, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
